Trauma-informed Reiki 2

In this Class, students will build upon the basic Reiki foundations they learned in level 1.

The Reiki Symbols will be introduced and practiced, as a way to better address specific

issues relating to body, mind, and spirit. In level 2, you will learn how to do distance

healing sessions, which is a beautiful option when clients can’t come to you.

Trauma-informed Reiki is a gentle, client-centered approach to energy healing that prioritizes creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals with trauma. It involves open communication, collaboration, and respect for personal boundaries. This practice is about supporting nervous system regulation and creating conditions for healing by empowering the client without the risk of unintentionally re-traumatizing.
