The Rub Club

The Rub Club is a playful, hands-on workshop where you and a partner (friend, family member, or anyone you’d like to team up with) learn simple, feel-good massage techniques you can use anytime. No experience required...just a willingness to laugh, learn, let go, and give as good as you get!

Together we’ll explore easy ways to release tension, soothe sore muscles, stretch, and connect through safe, supportive touch.

Think of it as trading back rubs with a little extra know-how.
