About The Event
This class is an introduction to the many unique elements of Thai Massage, and explores how we may safely and effectively integrate bodywork techniques that are traditionally performed on the floor onto our table, and into our established style, approach, and sequences.
We will demonstrate and practice basic routines in supine, prone and side postures, and discuss the theory, the philosophy, and the magic that makes
Thai Massage so special. Following this class, you can take some time to learn and practice the whole sequence, then add it to your “menu” as a new,
stand-alone modality to offer, OR… you might be more inclined to take the pieces, parts, and perspectives, and blend them into your own unique style
of bodywork. Either way your clients will thank you for it!
The class is NCBTMB approved for 14 hours of continuing education and is limited to 8 for maximum effect.
$100 deposit required to secure your seat in class. Balance of $225 is due on the morning of the first day of class.
