EMBODYOGA® 100 Hour In-Depth Study

The application must be completed within 1 month of the start of the Embodyoga® Teacher Training

· 100% attendance at 3 weekends modules led by Sara M Billings

· Attendance at the following trainings:

o Patty Townsends 3 hour teaching class

o Enroll into Patty Townsends virtual website for access to all required anatomy trainings

o Participate in Embodyoga® classes held virtually and live at Strong House.

· Full completion of all independent study materials

In order to obtain your 100 hour Embodyoga® Teacher Training, full participation and attendance at all components are required by Strong House and virtually. Understand your certification may be jeopardized by tardiness, absent and/or early departures.

Weekly Modules

Each weekend will include the following…

· Meditation

· Asana Practice

· Self-discovery

· Self-care

· Adjusting by assisting

· Teaching for an all-level class

· Working with injuries

· Ebbs and Flow of Vinyasa

· Flow sequencing.

2024 Thursday, Saturday and Sundays Module Dates:

Module 1 & 2 – January 25, 27, 28, February 8, 10, 11, 22, 24, 25

Hours:

Thursdays: 5:00pm-9:00pm

Saturdays & Sundays: 9am-4pm

Pay in full of $1800 by January 3, 2024 is required. A deposit of $500 non-refundable for Monthly Payment Plans are available so please ask.

Module 1 & 2 for $1800 - $500 deposit, $1300 balance paid by February 22, 2024
