100 Hour In Depth Study and 200 Hour Embodyoga® Yoga Teacher Training Program Now at StrongHouse Studio!
EMBODYOGA® is a Wise and Thorough Approach to the Ancient Science of Yoga
Embodyoga® is a whole-person experiential investigation into and enlivening of the intelligence, creativity and awake awareness that is foundational to who we are.
There is so much to experience about what it is to be alive. So often we get caught on the surface and forget our true nature. Embodyoga® offers real tools for learning to differentiate what is actually core to life, from what is extraneous and confusing. We learn to separate the heart-of-the-matter from the more superficial swirling of thoughts and emotions.
Bringing a somatic lens to yoga’s wisdom, Embodyoga® enlists a clear methodology for delving within. Our Embodied-Inquiry practices introduce techniques for exploring every aspect of the awake and alive consciousness of which we are made. We dive within. We explore our densest most structural selves, continuing all the way to the most subtle and radiant layers of our existence.
